Social bookmarking with Scuttle
As mentioned before, I installed Scuttle – a kind of del.icio.us-Clone for your own server. It needs mySQL and PHP, and you have to build the mySQL tables by hand (that’s not too difficult).
Looks fine and cool, here are only some points to mention:
- no search function
- only to install in the subdirectory /scuttle (e.g. http://www.irox.de/scuttle, to have a look)
- can import your del.icio.us data
- works very quick
- bookmarks can be set public, private or just for users
PS: I recently installed version 0.4.1. It has a search function.
